Do I need a gym membership to follow the program?
Yes, for best results you will need access to a gym. We can include some home or hotel workouts, but to build maximum muscle a gym is recommended.
I travel often for work. Can I still do this?
Yes. I design training and nutrition to adapt to travel, busy schedules, and hotel gyms.
Do I need to track calories?
What gets measured, gets mastered. I always ask clients to track their calories, even if it's just for 1-2 weeks just so they can undersand their nutrition better. Once you get a good feel for how many calories different foods contain, you can then transition away from tracking, should you wish to. However, if you want serious results, you need to know what's going in your body.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. Your program is personalised. We start at your level and build from there.
How much time do I need each week?
Most clients train three to five hours per week depending on their goals and availability.
How does the billing work?
And you can literally cancel any time before your next billing cycle because I’m so confident about my coaching and the results you will see if you stick to the programming. I don’t ask for a huge lump sum upfront, and the payment portal is all run through Stripe, a trusted third party, so you know that your details are safe, and you subscription can be ended should you need the money for a life emergency etc.
